Dr. Dreams is on his way to a cupcake party when he comes across a young bear cub named Jojo and her family. Jojo is scared because she’s been having bad dreams. Dr. Dreams comforts her with some special insight into dreaming.
This is a book of twelve poems. I wanted the reader of the poems to know how to do things by them alone. They are pure, refined knowledge in simple words explaining how to Astral Travel, have OBEs, Lucid Dream, See Energy, and much more.
I have added a line-by-line explanation for every poem, including the feelings, sights, and sounds of the experiences I have had with the subject of the poem, plus many other ways to achieve the goals of the poems.
There are Self-Hypnosis Inductions for dream recall, becoming aware of your dreams, and a dream journal inside. The knowledge inside this book, when applied, will give you extra tools and resources, plus joy, entertainment, and curiosity. Human capabilities are amazing!

Religious Osmosis is information for people that are religious, spiritual, and non-religious. It shows how human unconscious behavioural patterns intertwine with different doctrines, our relationships with friends, family, partners, and people of different faiths, and how to improve those ties.
It also looks into how the human mind constructs different dreaming processes, including none emotional and emotional visions, and how these processes intertwine with many historical doctrines.
It brings light onto the psychological effects misunderstood human processes can have in regards to dreaming as you're falling asleep called hypnagogic experiences, and as you are waking called hypnopompic experiences.
Religious Osmosis goes into detail about how humans form certain truths to construct a personal reality, and these inner truths can link together and strengthen other beliefs. These inner truths have a self-defence mechanism.
It also informs the reader how to look for these inner truths inside themselves and others and notice how they can change with new knowledge.
From sleep paralysis to seeing faces or hearing noises etc. as you fall asleep, you will learn how emotion affects REM processes as much as our thoughts, how we have hit and missed unknowingly preprogramming dreams, and how to intentionally preprogram dreaming processes.
Increase and gain more control in the hypnagogic dream states or how to less intensify the images, sounds, and feelings if you had fear. In the book is an advanced fatigue management system to assist in keeping motorists on the road and in the skies.

I have been a professional truck driver for years while studying the mind for decades. I have written a much-expanded version of this book in another I wrote, but that book covers many other things and is 30 times larger. This is only about Advanced Fatigue Management, not to distract the reader.
